- Avoid contacting the furniture with chemical compounds or liquor, as this could cause any damage.
Warranty
- This item is covered by a one-year warranty that covers manufacturing defects, inherent termites, and borer issues.
- The frame and any mechanisms, if any, are covered by the warranty for upholstered products.
This limited warranty does not apply to the following:
- Normal product wear and tear after extended use
- Minor cuts, scratches, or damage caused by incorrect cleaning methods or impacts/accidents
- Cracks developed as a consequence of the product's displacement.
- Damage caused by the customer's incorrect installation/assembly.
- Starting to fade as a result of direct exposure to the sun.
- Wood degradation results from long-term exposure to water.
- There's no warranty on upholstery fabrics such as seat covers.
- Non-standard dry-cleaning methods or the use of harsh chemicals.
- Unevenness of up to 10 mm is widely accepted by industry standards due to differences in floor and surface levels. The warranty doesn't really cover this.
- The wood grain may differ slightly from product to product in the case of solid wood-based furniture.
- The accessories shown in the image are only for display purposes. Unless otherwise mentioned, they are not included in the package.
- Complicated design or hand painted may result in minor differences between the 3D image and the real product.
- Due to the various screen settings and resolutions, there might be a few differences in upholstery color and wooden finish between the online photos and the real product.
- The primary material is the main material used to manufacture the product. In addition to this, other secondary materials might also be used in the manufacturing process.
