Delivery

• Est. Delivery Timeline Min 12 Days - Max 15 Days

• We currently deliver across India. All products are delivered to your door at no additional charge.

• Third-party shipping partners will deliver the product.

• Only first-floor delivery will be provided.

• If There Is A Service Lift Available In The Building. In the Service lift, the Product Should Fit.

• Customers are expected to film the unwrapping process, and this will be asked for in a scenario of a replacement request being raised.

Installation/Assembly

There are three types of installation/assembly services that are available:

Pre-Assembled: The product is delivered already assembled.

DIY (Do It Yourself): The delivery packet includes all the required tools and parts for the customer to assemble the product themselves.

Professional Assembly: Once the product is delivered, we schedule an expert who visits your place and assembles the product for you.

Free Assembly: Mumbai, Pune, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Surat, Jaipur, Delhi, Gurgaon, Noida, Ghaziabad & Major Cities. 

Other Cities: Assembly is Available In Other Cities With Nominal Charges, Such As About INR 700-1000 For A Bed. Payable After Assembly, Payable Directly To Assembly Person.

Our Service Partner Will Visit Your Location Within 48-72 Business Hours After Product Delivery.
