Installation/Assembly

There are three types of installation/assembly services that are available:

Pre-Assembled: The product is delivered already assembled.

DIY (Do It Yourself): The delivery packet includes all the required tools and parts for the customer to assemble the product themselves.

Professional Assembly: Once the product is delivered, we schedule an expert who visits your place and assembles the product for you.

Free Assembly: Mumbai, Pune, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Surat, Jaipur, Delhi, Gurgaon, Noida, Ghaziabad & Major Cities. 

Other Cities: Assembly is Available In Other Cities With Nominal Charges, Such As About INR 700-1000 For A Bed. Payable After Assembly, Payable Directly To Assembly Person.

Furniture Care Tips

• Dust the furniture on a regular basis.
• Wipe down the wooden surface with a clean microfiber cloth that has been dampened with a wood-friendly cleanser. Wipe away the moisture as soon as possible with a dry, soft, and lint-free cloth.
• In the case of an accidental spill, gently try to wipe the stain with a clean, dry cloth.
• Please be careful not to rub the spot vigorously or with coarse materials.
• Before putting any hot or cold items on the wooden surface, use coasters and mats.
• Make sure that the furniture is not exposed to moisture or water.
• To keep the material's original quality, protect it from heat and direct sunlight.
• To avoid cuts and scratches, keep sharp objects away from your furniture.
• Avoid contacting the furniture with chemical compounds or liquor, as this could cause any damage.

Warranty

• This item is covered by a one-year warranty that covers manufacturing defects, inherent termites, and borer issues.
• The frame and any mechanisms, if any, are covered by the warranty for upholstered products.

This limited warranty does not apply to the following:

• Normal product wear and tear after extended use
• Minor cuts, scratches, or damage caused by incorrect cleaning methods or impacts/accidents
• Cracks developed as a consequence of the product's displacement.
• Damage caused by the customer's incorrect installation/assembly.
• Starting to fade as a result of direct exposure to the sun.
• Wood degradation results from long-term exposure to water.
• There's no warranty on upholstery fabrics such as seat covers.
• Non-standard dry-cleaning methods or the use of harsh chemicals.
• Unevenness of up to 10 mm is widely accepted by industry standards due to differences in floor and surface levels. The warranty doesn't really cover this.

• The wood grain may differ slightly from product to product in the case of solid wood-based furniture.
• The accessories shown in the image are only for display purposes. Unless otherwise mentioned, they are not included in the package.
• Complicated design or hand painted may result in minor differences between the 3D image and the real product.
• Due to the various screen settings and resolutions, there might be a few differences in upholstery color and wooden finish between the online photos and the real product.
• The primary material is the main material used to manufacture the product. In addition to this, other secondary materials might also be used in the manufacturing process.
